Hello,

My name is Mandy Habel Ramsey. I am a professional saxophone and clarinet player who has a jazz group called Inversion Jazz Band , formerly known as the Suburban Jazz Ensemble/Bibbycats. We play jazz standards, blues, and other jazz styles. I performed in mostly orchestra pits and back up big bands for the past 20 year and have included performing at restaurants, clubs, and at special events since August of 2012 having performed over 60 shows as a solo act.

We have saxophone, bass/guitar, and piano and drums. We can mix and match a quartet, trio, two of us at a time if necessary. We are willing to perform in venues in the Chicagoland, Milwaukee, Lake Geneva, Northwest Indiana, Rockford areas and anywhere else in the Midwest. We have performed at venues such as Underground a Wonder Bar and the Honky Tonk BBQ.

I received a BA in music from Western Michigan University and recently retired from owning a music education business and working as a band and music teacher.
